Every nominated school is assessed and scored on need and readiness, so the schools that need us most — and where we can succeed — come first.

This is the heart of what we do. Every restoration includes community ownership through the School Management Committee (SMC), a maintenance commitment, and an annual return visit — and we measure the result.
